Return and Refund Policy

At DFW GC Mobile Repair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return process.

1. Returns

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Electrical parts and components (due to testing and installation risks)
Special-order or custom items
Clearance or final-sale items

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., defective part), please contact us before returning it so we can ensure replacement availability.

5. Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

7. Service Payments

Payments made for mobile repair services are non-refundable once services have been completed. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.
