Shipping Policy

At DFW GC Mobile Repair, we strive to get your golf cart parts and accessories to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship orders via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

  • Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Any applicable shipping costs will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

  • Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly marked on our website.


4. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Expedited delivery (when selected) may take 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations (unless otherwise stated).

  • Oversized or heavy items may have special shipping requirements. Customers will be notified before shipment.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
